All content, including but not limited to logos, visual designs, codebases, and creative assets displayed on this website, is the exclusive intellectual property of KingByte Studios. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or derivative use is strictly prohibited.
3. Roblox Integration
Our Roblox experiences are provided "as-is" and are subject to Roblox Corporation's own Terms of Use. We are an independent development studio and are not liable for any server downtimes, moderation actions, or disruptions caused by the underlying Roblox platform infrastructure.
4. User Conduct
When interacting with our platform, you agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts our services. This includes, but is not limited to, data scraping, hacking attempts, or the submission of malicious code through our contact forms.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KingByte Studios shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website, services, or games.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Turkey.
